We provide our clients with advice that, to the best of our knowledge, is most appropriate for the wishes and circumstances of the client in question.
In our advice to clients, we take into account the client’s long-term interests to the extent that we are aware of them or can assume them.
We do not cooperate in constructions that, in our opinion, are contrary to the interests of our clients. Not even if the client explicitly requests this and legally indemnifies us against any consequences.
In any case, providing advice or cooperating in transactions that lead to over-crediting of the client in such a way that a reasonable professional can foresee that the client will have financial problems arise, partly as a result of the recommended transaction.
All client data is considered and treated as strictly confidential. We only use information about and from clients when this fits in with the representation of the interests that the client has entrusted to us.
We do not participate in any way in knowingly providing incorrect information to insurance companies or other financial institutions when taking out the insurance, during the term of the insurance or if a claim is made on the insurance.
In our daily actions, we are aware that we occupy a position of trust and that violation of this trust can damage not only the reputation of our office but of the entire financial services industry.
